About Tusk Studios

I’ve always been drawn to wildlife, sculpture, and storytelling through form. My career began in graphic design, but my passion for sculpture led me to create large-scale public artworks that bring the natural world to life. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating major public art installations, including the Salt Lake Whale (Out of the Blue), as well as numerous commissions for museums, aquariums, and public spaces.

As Tusk Studios has evolved, I’ve structured my work into three distinct divisions:

  • Monuments – Large-scale public art commissions and sculptural installations for cities, institutions, and public spaces.
  • Home – Functional sculptural works for homes, bars, and commercial spaces, blending wildlife-inspired design with usability.
  • Studio Store – A rotating selection of small works (bronze, resin, and 3D-printed sculptures) available in limited releases rather than permanent stock.

Starting in 2025, my focus is expanding beyond large-scale public work to include more functional wildlife-inspired pieces—a vision I’ve had for over a decade. As the sole artist behind Tusk Studios, I bring every idea to life from concept to completion, ensuring each project reflects my passion and dedication. By dividing my work into these three areas, I can continue creating monumental sculptures while also shaping a new direction for Tusk Studios.

Whether it’s a massive breaching whale, a sculptural bison liquor cabinet, or a resin-cast wildlife collectible, every piece I create is rooted in my love for craftsmanship, durability, and the natural world.
